Made in 2016, this Stradivari model violin has a two-piece back made of nicely flamed Swiss maple with flames ascending from the center joint. The ribs and scroll are also made of similarily flamed Swiss maple. The two-piece top is made of medium grained Italian spruce that narrows as it approaches the edge. The violin is varnished with a transparent orange-brown oil varnish and is lightly antiqued. Outfitted with premium rosewood fittings. Length of back 355mm.
